I lost my mom young and was raised in daycare, passing through family homes. By middle school, I'd been kicked out of three schools and was providing for myself as a teenager. Still, I graduated with honors and enlisted in the U.S. Army.

As a Private, I was the youngest and lowest ranked of just 8 soldiers selected from an entire brigade to represent 3rd Infantry Division, 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team for EIB training, which included deployment from Germany to the 173rd Airborne Brigade in Vincenza, Italy. I earned the National Overseas Service Ribbon and two Army Achievement Medals.

My military career was cut short after developing bilateral compartment syndrome. I was medically retired from HHC Sniper Section, 3-67 AR, 2nd Brigade, 3rd ID — permanently disabled but determined.

In 2021, I launched Holmes Ventures, LLC and have since closed 40+ real estate transactions across land, mobile homes, flips, wholesales, and small multifamily. I've partnered with veteran-run brokerages like Brick & Mortar Properties and consulted firms managing over $30 million in assets, including:

Michelle works closely with Jeramiah during business audits, helping build strong relationships with new partners from the initial contact. She manages day-to-day operations by overseeing the success management and support teams.

As frontend lead, Michelle deploys the systems Jeramiah builds and ensures smooth implementation. She walks partners through their systems, provides clear SOPs, and handles ongoing support throughout the onboarding process.

With experience in title and mortgage companies, Michelle focuses on execution management and frontend operations, while Jeramiah handles the backend development and technical architecture.
